Server
You work the floor at a live-music venue running shows every weekend. Quick, friendly, and unflappable when the room fills.
Bar back
You keep every bar stocked and the bartenders ahead of the rush. The night runs on this job even though the crowd never sees it.
Kitchen staff
Line and prep for a scratch kitchen. A current Food Handler or ServSafe certificate is required.
Guest relations
Greet guests, scan tickets, manage seating, and answer questions. 18+, TABC and Food Handler certified, calm under a crowd.
