By buying a ticket or entering Haute Spot, you agree to the policies below. They exist to keep the night safe and fair for everyone.

Tickets

Only tickets sold through ETix are valid for entry. We do not honor third-party resale or social-media listings. Buy on the calendar page or at the door if the show has not sold out.

Weather

Haute Spot is an outdoor venue. Shows run rain or shine. There are no refunds or exchanges for weather delays, evacuations, or reschedules. Raincoats and ponchos are allowed; umbrellas are not. During severe weather we post real-time updates on our social channels and follow local authorities on delays or evacuations.

Entry & re-entry

No re-entry once you exit a ticketed event. Bags larger than 9 by 6 inches must be clear. No weapons, no outside food, no outside drinks.

Age

Most shows are 18+ and lean toward an adult crowd. Some are 21+. Children under 18 must stay with a parent or guardian and hold their own ticket. Check each event for its age limit before buying.

Seating & conduct

No outside chairs; a blanket is welcome. Most shows offer seated tickets — check the event page. Guests who threaten the safety or enjoyment of others may be removed without refund.

Recording

Most artists prohibit flash photography, professional cameras, and audio or video recording. Press should request a pass through the media page before the show.
