Lightstream Presents, the partner that books and produces every show at Haute Spot, will now run live entertainment programming at the historic Coupland Dancehall. The arrangement keeps one of Texas’s most storied music rooms open and working.

Lightstream built its name on the lineups at Haute Spot in Cedar Park. National touring acts pair with the Texas artists who fill rooms on their own, run with steady Texas hospitality. That track record is what brought Coupland Dancehall to the table.

Coupland Dancehall is a Texas landmark — rustic, real, with an original wooden dance floor and a true honky-tonk feel. Under this arrangement it gains the booking relationships and production know-how that turned Haute Spot into one of Central Texas’s steady live-music destinations.

The reach now spans more than one room. Audiences across Central Texas get more nights of music without losing what makes each venue itself. Haute Spot keeps its calendar and its crew. Coupland keeps its floor and its history. The booking standard is shared.

The dancehall closed briefly on October 12, 2025. It reopened Friday, November 7, 2025, with Aaron Watson headlining the grand reopening — the first night of a new chapter for the room.
